The Health Van is sponsored by Bedford Public Schools Community Education Department/RSVP of Monroe County

SERVICES PROVIDED
-The Health Van provides door to door service for persons going to any non-emergency appointments. 
-Transportation is scheduled by appointment only and 72 hours advance notice is requested.
-All vans are wheelchair accessible
-Transportation service can be scheduled morning through evening hours, 7 days a week

SERVICE AREA
- We transport Monroe County residents only
-Our transportation coverage area includes all of Monroe County, and surrounding areas, including: Toledo, Sylvania, Maumee, Perrysburg and Oregon.  Transportation is also available to Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti & Detroit areas.

SCHEDULING
-Scheduling for transportation is on a first call basis.
-We will need the following information to schedule service: Name, Phone Number, Address, Date of Birth, Doctor’s Name, Doctor’s Address, Date & Time of Appointment, Need for Special Assistance.

BEDFORD STREETS VAN
Through the generosity of The Lions Club of Bedford, Bedford residence only can be transported to  the Bedford Senior Citizens Center  for $1 each, per round trip. Volunteers living and serving in Bedford Township have the opportunity to ride the Streets (STS) Van to their volunteer station.  This service is free to the volunteer.
